Service Tax Return for April 17 – June 17

CBEC has issued a notification stating the due date for filing of Service Tax Return for Q1 of 2017-18. This is in lines with implementation of GST from 1st July, 2017.

The due date for filing ST-3 / ST-3C for the period of April 17 to June 17 shall be 15th August,2017 . Further one may revise his return within 45 days from the date of filing the original Return.

This notification was very much expected and confirms that GST will be implemented from Q2 of 2017-18.
